Lower fan noise 58u

Could a get a bios to lower the fan noise for the 5800U. Im running windows at the moment, but I am mostly interested in running this little pc as a server, but the fan keeps on ramping up, it will be okay to lower the power consumption

The default fan is auto-adjustable.
This means that the temperature of the CPU changes, and the speed of the fan also changes.

Sorry , no.
If the speed is fixed, it will affect the stability of the computer.
