I'm experiencing random freezes

Hello!

As the title says, I'm experiencing random freezes while using the U58 Mini computer. Usually "only" freezes the screen and recovers itself after about 10 seconds, but sometime it gets even worse and the only solution is to unplug from the power.

Usually it happens when opening various programs at the same time (multitasking).

Windows is up to date, and I looked for any update in the support page but all the files are from 2023


Is there any available solution?

1. It is recommended to reinstall Windows 11 and download it from our official website (including all drivers).
2. Try laying the mini PC flat on the desktop (better for heat dissipation).

Thanks for your reply. I already tryed both of those options, including reinstall with your drivers (although Windows was installed through MediaCreationTool from Microsof), and the problem persists. Moreover, the computer behaves exactly the same way from the beginning.

Is there other option we can try?
