The HY300 Pro only has a USB-A port how would you connect your PC to it in order to update the firmware?

I recently received the device and the performance was actually better than expected for the price. I was able to connect a Xbox Wireless Controller and managed to play some Android games on it. After going through a OTA update on the device itself there were no noticeable difference except that the device had to go through a factory reset and the Xbox Controller worked in the launcher and setting but when opening a app like Youtube or any other app this would have the app crash when using the controller, something that used to work just before the update.

Currently on firmware: UI_Veng.projector.20241022.151401

I did not note which firmware i had prior to updating but I'm trying to update using the firmware found here https://www.alliwava.com/pages/hy300pro using a USB flash drive to preform the update hoping this might solve the issue.

It would be nice if the firmware binary, USB drivers and the PhoenixSuit software was clearly labeled on the page currently there are 5 different files linked on the download page and instructions for the wrong device. Also having different versions of the firmware would be nice in my case where i most likely want to downgrade my device in order to get the controller working again otherwise the device just went from very useful to somewhat useful.

I was able to update the device using this update.zip. By extracting the folder update with the files update.img and auto_update.txt to a USB drive and turning the device off by disconnecting the power and then booting it up would show a green progress bar, once it shows USB Burn OK you can reboot the device (In my case i had to disconnect the power).

After this procedure i was on firmware UI_Veng.projector.20240914.170951 and the device started to function as expected again. I then received a OTA update for firmware UI_Veng.projector.20241211.154238 which thankfully also worked as expected even though it looks to be a newer firmware then the one i previously had.
