How do you enable SATA to install SSD?

I have connected an SSD with the included SATA cable, the SSD drive is not recognized by the BIOS or Windows. How to I install the additional SATA SSD and enable it?

Right-click Windows Icon - Disk Management - Find you new disk and format it - Reboot.
（Find the new disk，Re-create the disk partition table，Create, select GPI, OK, and Restart）

I have now tried three different HDDs, two of which were SSD.
One had 1TB capacity and the two SSDs each have 250GB capacity.

None of the three hard drives are recognized, neither in the BIOS nor via the Windows disk manager.

It doesn't seem to be working then.

By the way, to get into the BIOS you don't have to press DEL but rather F12

There is nothing at all about this in the inadequate instructions, there is only useless information that you know even without a description.

Has anyone ever managed to install an additional hard drive and have it recognized?

Should the problem be solved now, or what does the batch file do?

Will I still get a new SATA cable?
