HDD not found

Hello,
I have installed an additional HDD, but it does not appear under Windows 11, not even in Disk Manager.
I can't open the BIOS by holding down the DEL key when starting, nothing happens, a Windows starts.

Can someone help me?
Do I have to press another key to get into the BIOS?
