Subject: HY320 — Image Deformation Problem After Aiming at Wall

Greetings to everyone.
I recently purchased an HY320 projector, and I'm currently facing a problem.
After aiming the projector at a wall, the image became distorted and rotated — it seems to have auto-adjusted incorrectly, and now everything is out of shape.
Unfortunately, I cannot access the settings properly using the remote control, and I’m not sure how the system works in this state.

If needed, I can provide photos of the current screen and the device.

Any help or guidance would be deeply appreciated.
