Sound Delay Fix

Hi,

Recently received the projector.
I tried screen mirroring from an Iphone and casting using an HDMI cable.
For sound I tried the projector’s built it speakers and connecting the projector to a JBL sound-system via bluetooth.
In all cases, it seems there is a slight but noticeable delay in sound vs video.
Did anyone experience the same and found a solution for this ?

Keep the distance between the projector and the router as small as possible.

The router is very close to the projector.
Is there a way to manually sync the sound to the video using the projector interface ?

Help confirm a few pieces of information.
1. When to use the same screen? work, watch movies or play games?
2. Is it abnormal to connect to 2.4G and 5G Wifi?
3. Regarding HDMI, is it a certain kind of video or is it that all videos are abnormal?
4. If you only use your mobile phone to connect to the projector and not connect to the JBL speaker, is the sound of the mobile phone and the projector normal?

Thank you again for your answer.

1. Watch movies only.
2. I have tried on both a 2.4GHz and 5GHz Wifi.
3. I have tried Youtube and Netflix, high resolution and lower resolution.
4. There is still a noticeable delay although it seems to be slightly better than when connected to the speaker.

Note that I also tried connecting my laptop to the projector via HDMI, then connect my earphones to the laptop instead of the projector. Also tried the same with my speakers. In both cases there was still a delay.

When using an HDMI cable to connect a laptop, the PR350 has a latency of 100-200ms.
It is recommended to use a wireless app to connect your laptop, such as Eshare.
