Gx55 mini pc

I have one question about the GX55 mini pc, I cannot get my second ssd drive to show up any where, the bios, device manager, now the pc work great but I have that problem. So I went and bought another GX55 mini pc and thinking maybe have better luck but no,the same thing. I was wondering if anyone had installed a ssd on there mini pc and did it work?

How do you enable SATA to install SSD?

I have connected an SSD with the included SATA cable, the SSD drive is not recognized by the BIOS or Windows. How to I install the additional SATA SSD and enable it?
