Can’t authorize can’t use eshare

First just received my alliwava smart projector model pr550 from Amazon today. EShare does not recognize it as compatible
also can’t register through the QR code (no information won’t work) so can’t use the smart feature at all. How can I register device to use the smart features so I can use this? Why do you put estate in the manual if it doesn’t work with the device?

Blue Tooth not connecting

I am trying to connect my laptop to my PR350 it shows connected on my laptop and paired on my PR350 but yet my laptop screen is not showing on the projector. Also on the projector screen is the blue tooth system suppose to be lit up or not to show connection.
