Utility to check hardware

Hello,
I've a H56 from February, and in the latest month I've had a lot of issues with this pc, I've seen it reboot more times, without any explanation. After a while, I've decided to download the image from the support page, and install it. But I've still the issues. I suspect that this pc has some hw issue, and I wonder if there's a software to check and find where the issue can be.
I suppose the the drivers in the image are already updated, or have I to update them from those in the support page?

unfortunately my problem it's not easy to explain and reproduce.
I can say that several times I've seen my pc restart, without any explanation. I've also tryed to search info in events viewver, but I have not found the reason. It seems that when the GPU reachs a temperature greater than 52-53 degrees, it no longer works well. It's this the reason I've asked for a utility to check the hardware.
