1. Do not connect to the network.
2. Skip Microsoft account login.
3. Create a local user name and log in to the Windows 11 desktop.

If you choose ' set up for work or school ' , you may not be able to log in to your Microsoft account. (Recommended to choose 'set up for personal use' )
Error informations is ' It does't look like a work or school email address,the another email address or select ... with your microsoft account. '
how to solve it?
Step 1: Press shift+F10 to open CMD, enter shutdown /s /t 0 shutdown and restart.
Step 2: Disconnect wired network and wifi. （Enter ' start ms-settings: ' in CMD opens the settings menu, then turns off wifi.）
Step 3: Skip the Microsoft account, create a local username, and will successfully enter the Windows 11 desktop.
