My H56 ryzen 5 purchased on January 21, the screen turns off after a few minutes with domestic use (browsing the web, office documents, PDFs, etc.). Is there a BIOS update or should I assume you are having a problem with the APU?
I have the original installation of win 11 pro from alliwava. My screen turns off and the mini pc hangs. I have tested the nvme drive outside with an adapter and it has no file problems, it is a hardware problem?
